Also, once the airport comes up it will be very difficult to buy an apartment in Navi Mumbai as prices will boom. However, its uncertain as to when the airport project will be complete because if there are elections and the ministry changes then again there will be delays in getting several sanctions required for project. Can i get an answer from somewhere as to will the real estate prices in khargar are of navi mumbai go up once the contruction of the airport commences.
